Russ Anderson a competitor for Worlds Stongest Man visited Sage Creek along with Nate Harris another strong man in training to celebrate Red Ribbon Week and our theme Big Hearts, Strong Bodies. Both men demonstrated strong bodies by moving incredible amounst of weight. They also talked about having keeping our bodies and minds strong and healthy.
