As part of the Social Studies Core Curriculum in 4th grade, students study the history, government, economics, culture, and geography of Utah (past and present). Students also enlarge their "world connections as they trace the global travels of people from many diverse cultures who now call Utah home". Incorporating music into this study makes it easier to remember key facts (counties of Utah), creates a sense of community and is enjoyable! A special thank you to Ms. Howard for teaching and and leading the music for this amazing 4th grade performance.
