As Term 1 came to an end, our teachers selected two students from each class to be our Kind Kids of the Quarter. Kindness has been our focus during Term 1. Our focus for Term 2 is "Be Inclusive". "I am Needed" is the focus for Term 3. Our final focus for the year (Term 4) will be, "I am Determined". Each term, Principal Youd introduces the attribute for the quarter during the "Principal’s Read Aloud" and then students spend the entire term strengthening that attribute. Students nominated for the quarterly award receive a certificate, a swag bag with Sage Creek items, and a surprise yard sign at their house! New Kind Kids of the Quarter will be selected each term.
