Ms. McCullough's 4th Graders Make Elephant Toothpaste!

Submitted by shavon.mousser on

Ms. McCullough's students have been working toward earning a fun science experiment as a reward for great behavior and practicing for testing.  They learned about chemical and physical changes as they created Elephant Toothpaste! The students felt it get warm and bubble over as a part of the chemical change after mixing the ingredients. It was a blast!

Butterflies!

Submitted by shavon.mousser on

Kindergarteners have been learning about butterfly lifecycles!  We observed caterpillars in our classroom grow QUICKLY and form their chrysalides.  This morning, butterflies emerged from their chrysalides and we were able to look at them closely and let them go to start the cycle over again!

Sage Creek has one of the VERY BEST principals!  We are so grateful for Mr. Johnson.  He is so positive and supportive of both students and staff.  His hard work and organization makes Sage Creek a great school!  Thank you for all you do, Mr. Johnson!
