We would like to congratulate Mr. BJ Wright who received a PEAK Award from Nebo School District Board at board meeting this past week. PEAK stands for Positive Energy and Kindness which epitomizes Mr. Wright to a tee! He is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and a master at producing and directing our school play. Sage Creek is lucky to have him as part of our school community! Congratulations, Mr. Wright!
Another fantastic showing of talent at our 5th gr Science Fair! Congratulations to all of the students for a job well done and eight will continue on toe represent Sage Creek at the Nebo District Fair on Thurs, Feb 20. Three students were recognized with an honorable mention.
Valentine's Day at Sage Creek is always filled with happiness, parties and good times.

There is still time for your child to turn in their Dragonland envelope for our school wide fundraiser. They are due this Friday! Fill them out, donate (if you are able to), have your child turn them in, and they will be placed in a drawing, and we can reach our goal. Sage Creek has reached $4,000, WOW! Lets keep going! Thank you PTA for all of your hard work to put this together.
Nebo District is holding a second, district-wide chess tournament on Sat, Feb 29 . Our Sage Creek Dragons took 3rd place in Jan's competition, looking forward to Feb's challenge! The attached flyer has all the information you need to get registered.
What a fantastic group of Hansen's Heroes this week! Students going the extra mile to show everyone at their school that they know how to learn, work hard, and have a positive attitude while doing it! Keep it up Dragons!
Representative Francis Gibson warmly received our 5th gr students on Jan 30 in his office at the Utah State Capitol. It was an honor and a privelege to visit the capitol during the legislative session and have our students be announced on the House floor! Please note our visit in Representative Gibson's weekly email, about 3/4 of the way down.
In light of the district cancelling school on Mon, Feb 3, because of inclement weather, the 5th gr Science Fair will be postponed to Mon, Feb 10. This means both the 4th gr and 5th gr Science Fair will be held on the same day. Visitors to the Science Fair are welcome this day from 10:00-11:15 am.
