Great job to another grouop of Hansen's Heroes! These kids know what it means to be an excellent example to their fellow dragons!

Mountain Man Day was a super hit in Mrs. Richards 4th grade class! Students learned everything about surviving in the great Utah outdoors and wilderness including trapping. Cody Sorenson was the guest mountain man, who shared his many talents with the kids.

Mrs. Richards 4th grade class, parents, and many other donors, raised, collected and generously donated $200 to KSL's "Quarters for Christmas" in December. Many school age children will now enjoy the warmth of a new winter coat, boots, socks, gloves and hats. To the many contributiors of this very worthy cause, Thank you!

Mrs. Murdoch's 6th grade class learned about the Solar Systems in Science. When they were finished they each got to pick a planet to research and write an essay. #sixthgradeastronomers

Congratulations to another great group of students that have shown what it looks like to be a great role model to their peers.

Science Fair Sign-Up 

Our science fair is coming up Feb 20th (6th gr), Feb 21 (5th gr) and Feb 22 (4th gr).   If you are free any of those mornings from 9 am-10:30 am, please click on the sign-up below to help us out.  We will train you on what you need to know ... no previous science experience necessary.  We sincerely appreciate ANY and ALL hands for judging the science fair!!  

Two very talented young ladies from Sage Creek Elementary have won regionals and are moving onto state in the reflections competition. Way to represent Sage Creek!

Applications for UVU Prep, an intensive summer program centered around STEM curriculum, is open for current 6th gr students.  It is an excellent resource for students who have have a personal passion or interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.  Click HERE for info.
