The second graders walked to the Mapleton Fire and Police Stations, enjoying the beautiful fall colors along the way. During their visit, they learned about fire safety and what firemen and police do at work. It was so much fun!
Ms. McCullough's students built "Twist-O-Matic" rollercoasters to learn about energy transfer and momentum! They also enjoyed their field trip to the Springville Pioneer Museum.
Students had the opportunity to use chalk at recess and write their pledge to "Be Drug Free". Also included are photos of 5th graders enjoying recess!

Mr. Runolfson's 5th grade class has been working with BYU student teachers during PE. They LOVE it!
The Living Planet Aquarium came to the 2nd grade classes in September! The students learned all about the rainforest habitat, the animals that live there, and the things we use every day that come from the rainforest. They also got to see some super cool animals!
